Managers are so crucial to an organization’s success that we strongly believe that having the right managers in the right seat, is one of the most important decisions an organization can make.
Despite the importance of this position, many managers are not well prepared for the leadership role they’ve been
assigned. 60% of first time managers fail within their first 2 years in their role while 44% of managers in a survey said they felt unprepared for their management role.
Becoming a successful manager doesn’t happen by chance. It takes guts, focus and deliberate action to grow in required management skills. This 4-hour workshop is designed to help managers learn key skills that will help them grow in their role.
